RDC Bearing was established in 2017 and specializes in the design, research and development, production and sales of precision bearing accessories. Products cover forgings, turning parts, heat-treated parts and rough grinding parts of various types of bearing rings of large, medium and small sizes.
The company has two modern production bases, covering a total area of 50,000 square meters and nearly 200 employees. The Linxi forging production base has main production workshops such as forging, annealing, turning, heat treatment, and mold accessories processing; the Wuxi production base has main production workshops such as turning and grinding.
RDC Bearing Company has a professional process research and development technology core team. The company strictly controls material management, implements steel color code management and steel spectrum confirmation. There are four forging production lines, equipped with advanced computer-controlled temperature measurement systems, which can realize temperature measurement closed-loop control, low temperature, over-temperature automatic alarm and three-way sorting. High-precision heat storage double-chamber natural gas furnace, furnace temperature real-time monitoring and recording. Configure a protective atmosphere isothermal spheroidizing annealing furnace to make the spheroidized structure uniform and ensure the hardness of the forgings after annealing. Equipped with a controlled atmosphere salt bath quenching line, deep cryogenic treatment can be achieved, and the parallax is not higher than 5%, which significantly improves the toughness and wear resistance of the product. The company’s quality inspection center has high-precision imported inspection and analysis instruments such as the German Leica metallographic microscope, the American Raytech thermometer, the American Niton handheld spectrometer, and the German Spike direct reading spectrometer, so as to strictly control product quality.
The company can produce multiple models of bearing ring forgings with an outer diameter range of 80mm-800mm. The production capacity can achieve 15,000 tons of forgings/year, 2 million parts/year, and 8,000 tons of heat-treated parts/year.
The company has technical and R&D strength and has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. Since its establishment, Ridachang Bearing has continued to innovate and break through, and its technical strength and service level have steadily improved. In 2021, it became a supplier of forgings and turned parts for the internationally renowned US brand, and is also a long-term supplier of well-known domestic companies such as TWB and TMB.
